RubyQuartz Technology, LLC is fully committed to meeting the requirements of EU Directive 2011/65/EU RoHS Recast (RoHS2) and its subsequent amendments.
All RubyQuartz Technology, LLC products meet Directive 2011/65/EU which restricts the use of six substances in electrical and electronic products: Lead (Pb), Mercury (Hg), Cadmium (Cd), Hexavalent chromium (Cr VI), Polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs) and Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs).
The additional restrictions of the EU Commission Directive 2015/863/EU adds 4 phthalates (DEHP, BBP, DBP and DIBP) to the RoHS list. With these new additions to the RoHS substance list RoHS is now commonly referred to RoHS 3.

RubyQuartz Technology, LLC monitors and complies with all requirements of RoHS and specifically requirements resulting from the Restricted Substance List and informs customers if any changes take place.
